This keynote focuses on overcoming adversity, developing necessary leadership skills, mindset development and also personal development. The theme of the keynote is to "Grow Through What You Go Through."

WORKSHOPS

Our Workshops are activity focused. We use various activities to help drive discussion and growth on the topic of : leadership development, personal development, mindset development, life / job skills development, entrepreneurship and DEI.

CONSULTING

We provide both individual and company consulting services for the development of programs and trainings.

We focus on the following areas:

Program Development: Creation Implementation, evaluation methods.
Staff Development: Team building, leadership development, culture development.
Youth Development: youth programs, relationship building, engagement, retention &; recruitment

STAFF TRAININGS

Staff trainings with us are very unique because we focus on two areas to help them develop: Hands on activities & job related breakout sessions. We do a deep dive into companies websites to pull specific information on the area that we are developing (i.e. company programs). This allows for continued growth beyond the training, because we are working together first and now, they can go off and continue that work later.
